Every other week, I’d like to share with you a tip or trick that I’ve learned that has improved my life in some way.

 

Adding humour to your day is good medicine!

It helps to lower blood pressure, gives a workout to your internal muscles,
reduces stress, and even helps to increase memory.

I personally love to watch Tim Hawkin’s videos on YouTube (like the one above). I also have read all of Phil Callaway’s books, and laugh out loud at Joanne Goodwin’s status updates on Facebook.
