September and October are busier months for me as a speaker because my presentation topics include how to improve spiritual and physical health.
At the end of September, I had the opportunity to lead a fit break at the Women’s Day Together in Haliburton.
My friend, Janis Cox, and I danced in front of 80 women to the song Gold by Britt Nicole. We had a fantastic time! Hope to do it again next year.
