An introduction to the classic “Spiritual Disciplines” but also a devotional that can focus the more mature Christian as well! But you don’t stop there–you make it work for groups as well. I’ve taken few forays into weight loss, but the most effective were the ones where there was a group on a common quest to work the spiritual into the natural; where we could support each other in those down moments.
