Over the summer months, I will re-feature one new exercise each Wednesday.

These simple ergonomic exercises and stretches are designed to enhance your performance while working at a computer.

Included are exercises to improve posture and protect the wrist, eyes, neck and shoulders – designed for those who spend hours at a computer. Enjoy!

Let’s start with a stretch for your back.

• Lean over and put hands on front thighs, curve your back upwards
• Keep head turned down, arch back up
