How to Reduce Your Stress
I used to watch the news every day, at least twice a day. Plus, I’d listen to a radio station that prided itself on the fact that they were, “All news, all day.” But as you know television, radio and newspapers reflect negative stories and bad news mainly. This effects our stress level.
I decided to limit my media input to only listen to the news twice a day on a radio station that also offers a “good news report” at the end of the newscast. It’s a simple choice I’ve made to reduce my stress.
