4 Key Habits to Set your Health on Track – How to Become Fit for Faith

I’ve been convicted! I must walk the talk.

My story is that I’ve been working as a personal trainer for many years. I do enjoy exercise like hiking and biking, however, I’ve not been walking the talk when it comes to healthy eating. In discussing this with a friend, I was encouraged to do a 30-day fitness challenge and follow my own program.

My program includes 4 key habits, or BEEP. BEEP stands for Bible Study, Eating Healthy, Exercise and Prayer. I’ve had wonderful success over the last 30 days (and beyond), including improvement in my blood pressure, weight loss, and reduced hot flashes.
